Mike Margolies's insight:
As my equestrian clients would attest, this is almost right from the first six sessions that we do.One of the real keys that is often overlooked is learn to take a compliment. When someone tells you you road well (or competed well in your sport), say THANK YOU. Believe in what was said. Acknowledge it with a smile and feel good about it. Also be grateful. Unfortunately most people have a tendency to say, BUT I didn't do something right. Or I should have done this. Please accept the compliment. There is plenty of time to fix things that need to be fixed. Realize you did something good and it was noticed.
