While this can be a little hard to follow, the point is very clear. Commitment is crucial to development. Athletes, coaches, fans today want results immediately. Immediate gratification takes precedence. Looks like I've already exceeded 140 characters to it's too late. Even as we read we need it fast. Optimum performance requires commitment over the long haul, not simply NOW.
